Credits

Credits are bought in packages and do not expire. One credit covers one successful AI operation on one photograph — a restore, a colorize or an enhance. Running a second mode on the same photograph uses a second credit. If an operation fails, no credit is deducted.

What the service does

Restoration is automatic and interpretive. It repairs damage and corrects colour based on what is present in your photograph, and it is tuned to preserve the real appearance of the people in it. Colourisation in particular is an informed reconstruction, not a recovery of colour that was never captured. Keep your original files.

Availability of results

Results can be downloaded for 24 hours after upload, after which they are deleted permanently. We cannot recover a deleted result — you would need to restore the photograph again, using another credit.

Refunds

If the service does not work for you, email support@1001photorestore.com and we will refund unused credits. Credits already spent on delivered restorations are not refundable.

Acceptable use

Upload only photographs you have the right to use. Do not use the service to create misleading imagery of real people or to process unlawful content.
